Aqua Sock Customer Order Process

Understanding our client and their business goals is essential, we specialise in designing, manufacturing and delivering innovative custom branded active entertainment products for inflatable water parks across the globe. Here’s an insight into what the custom sock order process looks like:


1. Conversation


Firstly and most importantly we need to have a conversation with you to understand your business and what your needs are. In this conversation we will discuss the product, your quantity requirements (if unsure we can help you work this out), payment terms, delivery dates and pricing.


We have a range of sample socks we can send you to see the high quality and design in person.


2. Place order


You will be sent a Sales Quotation, this will include all the information you need to proceed with your order.


3. Artwork


Your Aqua Park Grip Socks can be as unique as your venue is with fully customisable designs, produced by our specialist in house design team. We have designed eye catching grip socks for thousands of trampoline parks, inflatable parks, soft plays, ninja parks and more across the globe, so we know what your customers will love.


Your artwork is then required for us to create your designs. This can include your brand assets and ideally will be in a vectorised file such as AI, EPS or PDF format but a simple JPEG will do!


4. Order overview


For us to then proceed to the sampling stage with your chosen design we will send you a customer account form to complete. This simply allows us to make sure we have all your correct details to set you up as a new customer. Once this is returned we are then able to document all the elements in an Order Acknowledgment for you to review and sign.


5. Sampling


Sampling with our factory takes around 10-14 days. Once complete we will either send you a photo or can ship the physical sample to you for your review and approval. Only when you are happy with your sample do we proceed any further.


6. Production


On approval of your sample your deposit payment will be due. When funds are received we can proceed into production. Production is approx. 40-60 days.


7. Shipping


Shipping (sea freight) and clearance, then onward delivery of your socks is approximately 35-50 days. If your needs are urgent we can arrange air freight at an additional cost, this can be discussed with your Account Manager.


8. Start selling!
